Mission

The skiing area of the "3 ZINNEN PLC", in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Dolomites, delights its visitors with panoramic, snow-sure and perfectly groomed ski runs for all levels of ability.
Occupational safety, health and environmental protection as well as the economical use of energy are important to us: through the continuous monitoring of energy consumption, we strive to constantly improve energy and environmental efficiency in our company. We are committed to setting occupational health and safety, energy and environmental targets beyond compliance with legal obligations. These are consistently implemented by means of measures, and their effectiveness is checked in order to achieve a constant improvement or reduction in the risk at the workplaces or energy-related performance and the associated environmental impact. We are well informed about all energy flows in our operations and provide the necessary human, technological and financial resources for energy optimisation. We involve our employees and, where available, their representatives in the work processes and in finding solutions to minimise risks, thus promoting safety- and environmentally-conscious behaviour.



Waste must be avoided in our company. We are committed to separating unavoidable waste as effectively as possible and disposing of it properly via authorised companies.

All new investments in plants and machinery are checked with regard to occupational safety and health protection as well as their energy efficiency and possible environmental consequences in order to guarantee the careful use of resources and a safe workplace. We actively involve our contractors already during the planning phase in order to avoid substances and processes that are harmful to health and the environment and to implement appropriate protective measures in order to prevent harmful effects on people and nature.



We are also committed to continuously improve the integrated management system.
Our goal is to provide visitors to the 3 Zinnen Dolomites region with a customer-oriented and sustainable offer on the mountain with maximum comfort, both in winter and in summer.
