In order to protect the company and thus also the jobs of 3 Zinnen PLC, a separate organisational, managerlial and controlling model was introduced in 2016 in accordance with GvD No. 231/2001. The model establishes a structured system of internal procedures and controls to counteract the commission of the offences provided for by the decree. It also aims to ensure that workers direct their activities towards achieving the main objectives of the company and carry out their work and tasks correctly. The Code of Ethics and Conduct contained in the Organisational, Managerial and Controlling Model is intended to ensure that the activities of 3 Zinnen PLC are conducted ethically and in the long term, taking into account social responsibility and certain fundamental principles.
