Tuesday will be mostly sunny, with only isolated rain showers in the afternoon. On Wednesday, more clouds will appear from the north-west and it will windy in many valleys. Thursday will bring plenty of sunshine away from the main Alpine ridge. It will remain windy. On Friday, the sun will shine throughout the region and the sky will be mostly cloudless.

Mountains

Moist air will continue to reach the Alpine region with a south-westerly high-altitude current.
As the day progresses, the clouds will partially break up, allowing for sunny spells. At the same time, however, a few showers will develop. The snow line will rise towards 1700 - 2000 m.

Mountainweather tomorrow

The southerly flow will weaken, but the air masses will remain slightly unstable.
Sunny spells will alternate with denser clouds and local showers will develop in the afternoon.
